Legal Disclaimer – Refund and Billing Policy

This document outlines the refund and billing terms for services provided by Sparkly Rooms LLC (“the Company”). By engaging in services, the Client (“you”) agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Billing Terms

  • Services are billed monthly and are subject to a 12-month contractual agreement commencing on the agreed service start date.

  • All payments are due on or before the billing date stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be issued if both the Client and the Company mutually agree in writing to the refund amount and conditions.

  • No refunds will be provided for partially used services, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

  • All refund agreements must be documented and signed by authorized representatives of both the Client and the Company.

3. Early Termination

  • In the event the Client terminates the agreement before the end of the 12-month contract term, an early termination fee may apply.

  • If the service was initiated under a promotional offer, the early termination fee will be charged according to the terms and conditions of that specific promotion.

  • Any applicable termination fees must be paid in full at the time of cancellation.

4. Additional Charges

  • No additional charges or fees will be billed without prior written consent from both parties.

  • Any deviations from the original scope of work (including additional services, emergency requests, or equipment use outside the standard agreement) must be approved in writing and may be billed separately.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service delays, interruptions, or termination.

  • Any claims must be made in writing within seven (7) days of the service date in question.

 

By requesting or continuing to use our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund and billing disclaimer.
